Fundraising Update

This is an update as of the last meeting...

Charity Concert

The "concert" is planned for the October 23rd. Venue is yet to be confirmed. Four things we are doing:

1.Performances

- choose favourite songs from one's youth or perform a skit etc

2. Cultural Sharings

- get people to share on their schooldays and cultural experiences (Spain, the Philippines, Indonesia, S'pore etc)

3. Games

- games we used to play in school, eg. zero point, tic tac toe etc.
- get audience to participate.

4. Multimedia presentations

- slide presentation on poor/needy children (to increase social awareness)
- slide presentation of our fundraising project

This is the breakdown of the various I/C we need for the show, and those which has been taken up. Even though we volunteer to take charge for one thing, we can also still suggest other areas. I summarised it below:

1. Logistic: venue and decoration --> Imelda

2. Flyers and posters --> Carla

3. Program: to coordinate the performances and liase with the MC. ---> Karen

4. Multimedia presentation --> Rina

5. Refreshment --> ?
